Privacy policy

Last updated July 7, 2026

BonusCompass is a bonus directory you can read without an account, plus an optional tracker that requires one. This policy describes what we collect in each case. The short version: we collect little, we sell nothing.

If you just browse

  • Public pages don't require an account and don't set tracking cookies of ours.
  • We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (page views, device class, country) that don't identify you.
  • When you click "view offer," we log the click (which offer, timestamp, referring page) to measure which listings are useful. If you're signed in, the click is associated with your account.

If you create an account

  • We store your email address (from the magic link or Google sign-in), your optional home state, and the bonuses you track with the dates and amounts you enter.
  • Authentication runs on Supabase; session cookies exist to keep you signed in, not to track you across the web.
  • We may email you about your account or, if you opt in, a newsletter. Unsubscribing is one click.

Affiliate cookies

Offer links may route through affiliate networks (e.g. FlexOffers, Impact, CJ) before landing on the bank's page. Those networks set their own cookies to attribute the referral — that's how we get paid. Their cookies are governed by their privacy policies, not this one.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent your personal data. Ever.
  • We don't ask for — and can't see — your bank credentials or balances.
  • We don't run third-party ad trackers.

Deletion & questions

Email kwakuoyeboah@gmail.com from your account address and we'll delete your account and its data. Questions about this policy go to the same place.

Changes
